All our Abayas are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned. However, alterations are always accepted.

In the event of any mistake from URS's side, we take full responsibility to alter or replace the item.

RTW items cannot be returned but can be exchanged within the same day of delivery. If sizes or any modifications have been made to the item, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
